Consent Policy (version 1.0)

1. Trial bookings for minors require verified parent consent.
2. Consent is requested by a one-time code sent to the parent's WhatsApp, with SMS fallback.
3. The code expires after 10 minutes. Five wrong attempts lock the request.
4. A consent token is granted after successful verification. It is valid for 30 minutes, single-use, and bound to one booking.
5. The parent can revoke consent at any time by writing to [business email]. Revoking cancels any unused hold and any future booking that depends on it.
6. Consent is not given on the parent's behalf by an agent. The parent must provide the code.
