Cancellation and Refund Policy (version 1.0)

Trial sessions: Free. Cancel up to 4 hours before the start time through the booking link or by WhatsApp. Cancellations within 4 hours are not possible through the API; contact the provider directly.

Paid plans:

• Cancel before the first session for a full refund.
• After the first session, the remaining unused sessions are refunded pro rata, minus the cost of sessions already delivered.
• Refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer within 7 working days.

Missed sessions: If the provider cancels a session, it is rescheduled or refunded at the parent's choice.

Tutor replacement: If the parent is not satisfied after the trial, the parent can request a replacement or a refund for any paid period not yet started.
